If my availabilities do not suit you, I will refund you the same day (through Stripe which will quickly refund you to your bank account)

2 - If you already contacted me before purchasing your 1-1 classes & you already had your 30 min free Zoom to discuss about your needs & availabilities :

-> I am going to prepare & send you your access to your personal 1-1 platform where you will have access to some documents that will help you (grammar books for example) + your weekly personalized "Fiche de révisions" after each class

-> I am going to send you the Zoom invitations
